NOTARIAL FEES:

Our Notarial Fees are the NC General Statute Maximum of $10 per signature for in person notarizations.

MOBILE NOTARY TRAVEL AREA

A North Carolina Notary Public can perform notarial acts ANYWHERE in the Great State of North Carolina. Tucker Notary is willing to perform notarial acts while being a Notary Signing Agent anywhere in North Carolina. However to travel to just perform notarial acts we try to limit the area of coverage to any area 25 miles or less from our home base in Albemarle. That keeps the fees for the roundtrip within reason. If you are outside that area please still feel free to contact us and we will provide you a quote for travel fees based on the General Statute rules and if you want try to find a Notary closer to you that can service your notarial needs for far less.

MOBILE NOTARY TRAVEL FEES

We charge $00.67 (67 cents) per mile . This is slightly below the NC General Statute mandated maximum prevailing federal mileage rate, round trip from our location at 905 Chimneys Lane, Albemarle, NC to your requested addresss or from the current location of the mobile notary prior to heading to your location, whichever is less. We will give you a seperate estimate of those charges whch are paid independent of the notarial fee.

You will have to agree in writing, either by printing off a supplied consent form or signing a digital consent form or clipping and pasting the verbiage we send you in an email and sending it back to us.
